Tons of fixes

Additions,

62 new items gotten from the confluence github(credit to westernat)

16 grappling hooks, 24 minecarts, 10 moss variants and other blocks and consumables.

Angler earring giving +10 luck.

Added a gamerule to allow confluence pvp to be forced to be on.

Slime rain works now.

Made goblin army less frequent.

Confluence attributes now show up in the apotheosis api menu
