Confliction Recipes

Choose between matching crafting recipes when mods share the same ingredients, with Fabric and NeoForge support.

Confliction Recipes

When multiple mods use the same crafting ingredients, Confliction Recipes lets you choose which matching recipe to craft.

How to use

  1. Place ingredients in your inventory crafting grid or a crafting table.
  2. When more than one recipe matches, use the < and > buttons below the result slot.
  3. The result slot previews the selected output. Hover over either button to see the recipe number.
  4. Take the output as usual. Your choice is retained while that recipe continues to match, including repeated crafting.

Features

  • Recipe selection in the 2×2 inventory grid and 3×3 crafting table.
  • Server-controlled recipe matching and output selection.
  • Uses the selected recipe for crafting leftovers, such as buckets.
  • Respects limited-crafting rules and enabled items.
  • Separate builds for Fabric and NeoForge on Minecraft Java 26.2.

Installation

Install one file matching your mod loader. Requires Java 25 and Minecraft 26.2. Use Fabric Loader 0.19.3 or newer, or NeoForge 26.2.0.77 or newer. Fabric API is not required.

For multiplayer, install the matching mod on the server and on every participating client.

Scope and release status

This first alpha targets the standard inventory grid and crafting table. Furnace, smithing, stonecutting, automated crafters, and custom machine interfaces are outside this release’s scope.

The files have been compiled, but this initial alpha has not been play-tested. Compatibility with other crafting-interface mods is not yet verified.

This is an independent project, not affiliated with Polymorph, Mojang, or Microsoft.
