Change the number of chunks to load when creating/loading a world, additionally the ability to show randomized messages on world create/load (intended for modpacks)

This mod lets you configure the amount of chunks to generate/load while you're loading into the world.
Potentially decreasing your loading time by a big margin, at the cost of some initial lag when entering the world.
