Configurable Recipes Library

Adds a new type of recipe that provides easy configuration based on settings.

This library is being replaced by mrp Library. Use it instead if you can.

 

Adds a new crafting recipe type that allows recipes to change based on a boolean supplier, e.g. a config setting. Also adds a builder for this recipe type for data gen.
