What's new

Complete redesign of the way blocks are managed, so that the mod can be fully server-only. Starting with 3.0.0 the mod is no longer required on the client (and does nothing at all unless in single-player).

Marked as BETA because it needs more testing before I'm satisfied that it works fully correctly.
