- Added a creative tab

- Reduced number of consumed block IDs (80 -> 50) Fences and Pillars consumes now 1 ID each.

 

 

!!! If you update this mod from 1.0.x to 1.1.0 the previously created concrete fences and pillars in your world will be removed (because of IDs improvement)
