Compound V Rerolls

People without operator can use the /rerollmenu command to reroll their power! People with OP can give more rerolls to a player using /givererolls and configure the settings of the mod using /rerollconfig.

A companion mod for the "Compound V" mod by BlueDuck!
Avaliable commands:
For anyone:- /rerollmenu: Opens a menu with the button to reroll your power.
For OP (Operators):
- /givererolls: Give people more rerolls for their power.
- [COMING SOON!] /rerollconfig: Configure the mod with how many rolls a player initially gets, reset everyones power, and more.
