Fixed bugs with making The new Axes

added new bread slices

added toast

changed the name for "Compressed iron" from "Compressed iron" to "Carbonated iron" 

changed Carbonated iron's Recipe to make it easier to craft

Switched out Bread with Bread slices in all the sandwich recipes

changed the name of "syb machine gun" (Yes it was called syb machine gun sense it was added) to "Uzi"
