- Fabric dependency scanning now resolves dependencies through Fabric Loader itself, so `provides` aliases such as framework/library compatibility IDs are not falsely reported as missing.
- Added conservative override relationship calibration shared by Fabric and NeoForge: namespace-owner + one external provider and related addon/compat/replacement families are informational; independent competing providers remain warning-level.
- Applied the same calibration to resource, loot-table and worldgen override diagnostics.
- Registry-only worldgen observations no longer manufacture a second provider when the same object was already found in static datapack resources; this removes namespace-fallback duplicates on both Fabric and NeoForge.
- Informational expected overrides now produce manual review guidance instead of CONDITIONAL generated-override plans, reducing misleading Actionable Fix counts.
- Added regression self-tests for related-provider calibration, owner worldgen overrides, independent competing worldgen overrides, and fix-plan safety.
