Compact Machine Ceiling Fix

A small mod that patches a bug in Compact Machines v6.0.3 on Minecraft 1.20.1 where anything spawning at or near the ceiling of a compact machine room silently disappears instead of behaving normally.

Safe to add to any modpack already running Compact Machines 6.0.3. Does nothing outside the compact dimension and does nothing in rooms it doesn't recognize, so it shouldn't interfere with anything else.
