Configurable Options
- TeleportDelay: Sets the delay time in seconds for the /spawn and /rtp commands.
Example:
TeleportDelay = 5 (use 0 for instant teleportation)

Administrator Commands
- /setspawn [name] – Sets a new spawn point at your current location.
- /delspawn [name] – Deletes an existing spawn point.
- /listspawn – Lists all defined spawn points.
- /setrtp [name] – Sets a new random teleport point (RTP).
- /delrtp [name] – Deletes an existing RTP point.
- /rtplist – Lists all defined RTP points.
