CommandPoll
CommandPoll is a Minecraft Forge mod that brings interactive voting directly into Minecraft.
Create polls, let players vote YES or NO, track votes in real time, and execute a configured server command when the final result is YES.

Commands
/createpoll
Opens the poll creation screen.
/cancelpoll
Cancels the active poll.
Only the player who created the poll can cancel it.
Poll Types
Timer Poll
The poll automatically ends when the timer reaches zero.
If YES wins, the configured command is executed.
Majority Poll
The poll has no timer and waits until all online players have voted. After a short waiting period, the final result is determined.
If YES wins, the configured command is executed.
Voting
Players can change their vote for up to 10 seconds after their first vote.
After that period, the vote is locked.
