Fixes
-The Nether will generate much faster now. All blocks have been checked and those who don't need tick rates or accidentally have tick rates have had them removed.
-Fixed and updated Weeping Liana plant texture
-Fixed Netherite Golem's ability sounds being in the Neutral category instead of the Hostile category
-Fixed Lubberkin model having its head be sticking out
-Fixed Soul texture having semi-visible pixels meant to be erased
-Fixed Tangleweed not hurting pigs and piglin brutes
-Fixed Netherite Heart Core having its loot table give more Netherite
-Fixed Dried Crimson and Warped Roots having some unerased phantom texture pixels
