Changes

-Activating Mogul trades now requires 1 Netherite Scrap in offhand rather than a Gold Block (the scrap doesn't go away) and an Axe of Rectitude in main hand.

-Piglin Brutes no longer spawn with Netherite Golems

-Fixed Crystalline Carbon not spawning in Basalt blocks (It used to just spawn in Blackstone)
