Made an option in config for whether smite damage bypasses all item attributes (infinity armor, soulbound, curse of vanishing, totem of undying, etc)
True by default

 

Added a "smite" command (/smite <playername>)


Added an option in config for whether smite command is available for usage
(If it's available, it's available only for OP players)
True by default

 

Fixed bug where lightning is shown when smiting an OP player (even though they're immune to the damage)
(OP players are supposed to be immune to smite)

 

Removed unused .lang file (not using because forge internationalization obfuscates messages unless client has mod loaded)
