Major changes to loot drop system

• 50% chance on monster kill to drop 2-3 iron ingots (1-2 on slower progression)
• Lapis lazuli is now dropped from squids instead of drowned
• Wither skeletons can now drop 2 diamonds
• Piglin brutes can now spawn naturally (10% chance to replace a zombified piglin)
• Piglin brutes now drop 1-2 debris shards
• Activating slower progression turns all drops that are usually guaranteed to a 50% chance
