Description
This mod allows you to change the default color of tool tips in the game. This is done by configuring the config file in config/colouredtooltips.cfg on 1.12.2, and config/colouredtooltips-client.toml in 1.13+.
The color format used by this mod is an ARGB hex string. These are like normal RGB hex strings but there are two extra characters at the beginning that control the transparency. If you are not familiar with hex colors I would recommend using an online color picker to get the color you want. This mod will change the color of all tool tips that use Forge's tool tip rendering code. This includes item tool tips and certain GUI tool tips like the names of creative tabs.
