This Rebranding did not work out as best as I had hoped.

Insert Coloured Categories. A way for modpack makers to apply their pack themes to their tooltips!
This mod depends on nothing for default functionality! Just a config file :)
However it does have support for KubeJS and CraftTweaker!

Every launch, new colours.
By default, it randomly colours all parts of the tooltip for all items.
It computes on the fly, and caches it.

1.13-1.17 can be supported if theres enough demand.
