This mod allows a server to configure overlays that get sent to the client, refresh, and support a variety of placeholder tokens, hyperlinks, mod/vanilla resouce paths (sprites/images), and more.
Has optional integration (placeholders) for Pixelmon, ColomonUtils, GuildResearch, Colohunts, LevelCap, and Luckperms
Required on the Server and Client to actually do something but NOT REQUIRED on both to connect and play
