Update to 1.16.2-rc1. This should be identical or very close to the official release.

- Fixes a bug where Optifine resources containing non-alphanumeric characters cause the resource pack to unload.

- Fixes mod compatibility issues for mods that attempt to access colors before resource packs are loaded.
