Added partial grid colormaps! The grid format now allows you to define a map of biomes that the colormap is applied to. Now you can use a vanilla style gradient for the majority of biomes while using the grid format for modded biomes and specially colored biomes such as roofed forest, swamp, or warm ocean. Also fixed a few bugs in the previous release.
