-increased distance between dungeons in end dimension
-fixed a small mistake in cyan dungeon stairs and ceiling
-all axes damage is now 2x of swords' damage instead of 1.8x, this applies to axes in pink, white, lightgray and orange dungeons
-improved items you can find in dead-ends in magenta, white, lightblue, orange, yellow, lime, brown, red dungeons
-removed poison and wither from swords that deal void damage
