changes & fixes:
-lifesteal, overhealing, poison, slowness, weakness and wither enchantments now display correctly the roman number I at level 1 instead of not displaying the level
-explosion enchantment rework: the explosion knockback no longer scales with enchantment level, but you will be likely to find higher level explosion on bows. In fewer words: less knockback and more area damage.
smaller technical changes:
-slightly changed enchantments descriptions when using enchantments descriptions mod
-slight changes to an enchantment that will be used in future dungeons
-changed dungeons' generation salt so that dungeons have less chance of generating on top of other structures
