Ever wanted to make a few slime blocks not stick to each other?

Perhaps you're bored with just a single green-colored sticky piston?

No?... In any case, since you're here, you may have that, too.

This mod adds 16 new slimes that drop 16 new slimeballs, from which you can craft 16 new sticky pistons or 16 new slime blocks.

...if you don't like fun, you can craft colored slime with a dye combined with eight non-colored slimeballs.

You can also remove the dye, or.. "uncolor" a colored slimeball by washing it in a cauldron (nobody does that, wut)

Colored slime blocks have a special ability: different colors don't stick to each other. ~~The only catch here is that you need custom sticky pistons.~~

~~The reason is pretty complicated, but since I don't want to get into code here, you may just know that this isn't possible without ASM (or, to put it simply, HACKS)~~

~~It doesn't really matter which color the sticky piston will be, at all.~~ -- Only applies for 1.12.2

One last thing:

1.12.2: Vanilla slimes are replaced with a chance of 16/17 (16 colors + vanilla one);
1.15.2+: Vanilla slimes are replaced with a chance of 1/3 (random color out of 16);

You can color slimes by applying any dye to them.

And that is pretty much it. The recipes are vanilla, and these slimeballs can be used for any recipes that use the OreDictionary name for "slimeball". (for 1.15.2 slimeballs are tagged under forge:items/slimeballs)

You can use this mod in your modpack.
You are not allowed to re-publish this mod to other sites without providing a CurseForge download link and my permission (PM to Zeitheron, or via Discord)
You are not allowed to include this (or any other mods of the DragonForge team) in your own mod. Building add-ons, however, is allowed, but a friendly PM would be good.

Note:

The only supported version of Minecraft is the latest one that this mod exists for. DO NOT ASK TO DOWNGRADE!
