Completely rewrote the mod, old worlds are not compatible with this version
Added: Colored Quartz Ore which gens in the Nether, Colored Quartz Crystals
Changed the texture for every block to make them generally better in every way
Paint is now less OP, still 8x more efficient than using vanilla dyes though
This mod has no additional files
