New config options:

- Vehicle collision damage: When a rider crashes, the vehicle now takes the same damage.
damageVehicle (default: true)

- Global collision damage: Applies collision damage to all living entities.
globalCollisionDamage (default: false)

Bug Fixes:

Fixed collision damage not applying while riding. 

The Y-axis damage now only fires on a new ceiling collision.
