• Fixed the biome and village locate functions not finding anything when the game language isn't English.
• Improved the biome locate function to prefer a spot on the surface, away from the biome edge and on land.
• Added biome tag support to the biome locate function.
• Added BlockPosFunctions.getNearbyVillageInSameBiome function.
• Added Biome Spawn Point translations.
