Had to remove the Endermen from the list of mobs that can be repelled by the Stink Effect.  Would cause an error when the Endermen would teleport.

 

Further "Fine Tuned" the Skunks AI.

 - Whenever a Wolf is nearby, the Skunk will Panic.

 - Rewrote the "Skunk Spray" goal to no longer throw a Stink Potion.  Now the skunk itself will generate the "Stink Cloud".  This has a 50/50 chance of happening anytime a Player gets close to the skunk and startles it.

 

Removed the "Strong" versions of Stink Potions since they really didn't have a use.

 

Added "Milk Bottles" Same great effect as Milk Buckets, but stackable to 16!  Surround a Milk Bucket with Glass Bottles on the Crafting Table to make 8 of them!  (Recipe Learned by getting a Milk Bucket)
