• Frees about 150 MB of memory. Cold Sweat kept eleven codec debug names of about 14 MB each for its entity requirements. Those codecs now get a short name.
• Logs one line at startup that says whether the fix applied.
• Works on the client, the server or both, and the two don't need to match.
