Cold nether

Did you ever wonder how the Nether will look millions of years later?
This mod shows exactly what will happen!

A new dimension can be accessed through a portal made from Frozen Lapis Blocks and activated with an Unusual Lapis Nugget.

This dimension is very dark, so bring torches or a Night Vision potion to see properly. If you want a challenge, you can try surviving after spawning in the dimension without any items!

The most common blocks in the Cold Nether are Icy Stone and Icy Granite. Icy Stone drops normal stone and only spawns in Cold Valleys or Frozen Overworld Caves. The most common liquid in this dimension is Liquid Nitrogen — it deals 2 hearts of damage per second.

Dwarf Pine is a new type of tree. You can get its sapling by smelting a Frozen Pine Sapling, which drops from the frozen leaves of Snowy Bushes that rarely spawn in Warm Valleys. It can only be grown on Frozen Grass.

Frozen Piglins spawn in this dimension. The only food source is Blueberries and Triroots. Blueberries are rare and spawn in Warm Valleys, while Triroots spawn in cold valleys. Blueberries have 4 growth stages. You can use bonemeal to speed up their growth. They can only grow on Frozen Grass Blocks.

Ores spawn only in the Cold Valleys biome. You can find Frozen Iron, Diamonds, and Lapis there. Frozen Lapis also spawns in Overworld Frozen Caves.

This mod includes many structures, such as abandoned houses.
Small Frozen Houses are made of Snowy Bush materials and spawn in Cold Valleys.
Small Pine Houses are a more modern version and spawn in Warm Valleys.
