Updates:
-Potion effects given from drinking coffee and different coffee variants now slowly wear off over time
-Potion effects given after drinking coffee and different coffee variants have been tweaked
-Icons in slots of Coffee Machine and Coffee Grinder have had colours tweaked for visibility
-New 'ground coffee' background on the Coffee+ advancement screen

Fixed Issues:
-Coffee Grinder now rotates correctly when placed
-Fixed Issue with bonemeal not working properly with the Coffee Tree
-Hand now swings correctly when using bonemeal on the Coffee Tree
-Hand now swings correctly when planting the Coffee Tree
-Particles now spawn when using bonemeal on the Coffee Tree
-Coffee tree bounding boxes have been fixed
-Removed old/unused resources and code to reduce lag and file size
-Bug fixes
