Fixed the Advanced Cobbleworks using the lava values for the Custom Cobbleworks.

 

RF capacity for all blocks is now adjustable in config.

 

Lava capacity for Advanced and Custom CW is now adjustable in config.

 

Right clicking an Advanced or Custom CW with a bucket of lava should now put 1000 mb of lava into the block, and return an empty bucket.
