Fixed an issue with the harvester's item collection, where the area would be wildly inaccurate.

Added a new block to the Farming module: Hydroponic Soil. This block acts like farmland, but with a few better features.

You can plant just about anything on it, even sugarcane and cactus. It cannot be destroyed by falling on it, and it is also always watered. Additionally, it will pass on its random block ticks to the plant on top of it, if enabled in the configs, meaning that plants on top of it will grow slightly faster.

Added the framework for a new block, the Custom Cobbleworks. It is not yet finished, but will likely be included in a later update. If you see things in the configs referencing it, you can ignore them.
