### Fixed
- Fixed the Trainer NPC Manager disconnecting the player when its preset-ID tooltip was encoded for the client.
- Localized the Battle Plus manager and the Battle Factory, Battle Tower, Battle Rogue, and Trainer NPC management flows through the English and Japanese language files, including labels, tooltips, titles, commands, and player feedback.
- Localized Quick Startup feedback, arena-list labels, Pokémon preview labels, and shop quantity labels.
- Removed the legacy Japanese default NPC-name overrides so default NPC names now follow each client's language setting. Existing custom display-text overrides continue to take precedence.

### Compatibility
- 3.0.1 is packaged and supported with Cobblemon 1.8.1 for Minecraft 1.21.1 and Radical Cobblemon Trainers API (RCTAPI) 0.16.1-beta.
- RCTAPI 0.16.2-beta and later are intentionally blocked by the mod metadata. They require the Cobblemon 1.8.2 upstream baseline and currently prevent the Trainer NPC Editor GUI from opening.
