Requirements
Cobblemon Utils is a 1.21.1 Fabric-only Client-side Cobblemon Add-on. You will need Cobblemon 1.6.1 or greater installed.

Capture Status Indicator
The capture status indicator shows whether you’ve caught a Pokémon, and if so, which forms you’ve obtained. Forms are Alolan, Galarian, or Hisuian versions of Pokémons (for example). Here are the different icons and their meaning:
Pokémon never captured:
All forms captured:
This form captured (and maybe others, but not all):
One or multiple other forms of this Pokémon were captured but not this one:
Example:
If you've captured a regular rattata, but not the alolan version of it, here's how you'll see it ingame:
This indicator appears next to every Pokémon's name tag, wild or not.
