### Fixed
- Fixed a possible server watchdog timeout caused by special Pokemon ownership scans.
- Fixed recursive scan behavior when Cobblemon was initializing player PC storage.
- Fixed ownership scan safety so failed party/PC scans no longer risk removing special ownership titles incorrectly.
- Fixed a remaining Portuguese unlock text on dynamic legendary, mythical, and Ultra Beast ownership titles.

- Special Pokemon ownership scans are now queued and processed safely on the server tick.
- Trade/ownership updates for legendary, mythical, and Ultra Beast titles are now handled with safer scan scheduling.
- Reduced unnecessary full-server scans when players gain regular Pokemon.
- Added protection against re-entrant ownership scans.

- Added `specialOwnershipScanIntervalSeconds` to the config.
- Server owners can now adjust how often online players are scanned for legendary, mythical, and Ultra Beast ownership updates.
- Documented the new scan interval config option in the README.

- Updated Fabric and NeoForge tick handling to use the new queued scan system.
- Verified with a full Gradle build.
