Cobblemon: PlayerXP

From this point on, the mod MUST be installed on both the clientside and serverside to accomodate for the item functionality and tooltip.

This update is particularly polarizing and i can imagine it could be difficult for some players or modpacks to adjust to and i do apologise if this impacts you.

This version adds the XP share functionality which requires the mod on both client and server. Players will be able to add players to their XP share to share player XP to them when it is held in the players' inventory.

Additionally, i have rolled back / removed the addition of the daily XP cap function as it became incredibly convoluted to keep this functionality when adding the XP share, of which i think that the XP share is far more important of a feature.

In the future, i do plan to re-add the daily XP cap back however i want to find a more elegant solution and a better way to present the information to the player about the daily XP cap.

• Fixes an issue where xp was not awarded from wild battles if the xpFromPlayerBattles was set to false.
• Removes the daily XP cap function.
• Adds the ability to share XP with players in a configurable range.
