Cobblemon No Fullness

disables fullness feature from cobblemon 1.7 and 1.8 by keeping at 0 permanently

cobblemon 1.7 added a fullness bar to pokemon this mod disables it

keeps fullness bar at 0 permanently

so now you can easily max out your stats for riding or Ivs without waiting for fullness to go down
