Create/Aeronautics compatibility update
- Wailord can be turned into a ship Wailord with a nether star or Dmax mushroom from MSD
- ship Wailords are now considered "Ships" on Create: Aeronautics; They can be built on/dug into
- Wailords are able to link train lines overseas, scheduled trains will automatically wait for a Wailord with tracks to ship them over using rail slip
- Custom riding system for Lapras + Blastoise regional forms activatable with netherite as cosmetic item, might want to 2 disable this for servers considering destruction
