What's new

🗺️Cobblemon Journey Mounts - Multiplayer Rendering Hotfix

- Fixed an issue where all Pokémon appear invisible in multiplayer servers when Cobblemon Journey Mounts was installed on both client and server.
- Improved client/server resource + model loading compatibility to prevent render failures on join / resource reload.

**Notes**
- No gameplay/balance changes — this is a visual + compatibility hotfix.
- Recommended for all servers running 1.7
