Cobblemon: Interact Wheel Additions

An open-source addon mod for Cobblemon which adds additional features for the Interact Wheel.
An example of the updated Interact Wheel UI. The option layout shown above has been changed from the standard option layout, placing the Ride button on the south edge of the circle instead of its default position on the west edge.
This mod adds a new UI menu that allows players to change the positions of the options in the Interact Wheel. This example is populated with options from the Pokemon wheel, and the tiles can be dragged and dropped to change the wheel layout.
