A lightweight cinematic teleportation mod for Cobblemon.

Bring back the feeling of using Fly to travel from town to town, with smooth visual transitions instead of instant teleports.

✨ Overview

Cobblemon Fly Transitions brings back the nostalgic feeling of using Fly in classic Pokémon games, choosing a destination and travelling from place to place instead of simply teleporting instantly.

When a supported teleport is triggered, the player is lifted away in a smooth cinematic animation, then brought back down at the destination.

It turns homes, warps, spawn commands, Waystones, and other supported teleport systems into a more immersive Cobblemon-style travel experience, while staying lightweight, simple, and server-friendly.

⚙️ Configuration

The mod is intentionally built with a minimal configuration system.

Server owners can enable or disable support for:

Command teleports
External teleports
Cross-dimension teleports
Waystones
Flying Pokémon requirement
Fainted Pokémon restriction

Client-side settings only control the visual camera placement:

Camera distance
Camera height offset
Camera angle

No oversized config jungle. No endless animation sliders. No admin nightmare. Just the useful options, cleanly separated between client visuals and server rules.

Waystones and FTB Essentials are optional integrations. The mod can be used without them, but they are recommended if you want a more complete teleportation experience on servers.

Nether and End portal travel is intentionally left untouched. Players can still use normal dimension travel without needing a flying Pokémon.
