What's new

## 0.19.0-beta — NeoForge Engineering Baseline

- Widened the optional Sophisticated compatibility metadata through Backpacks 3.26.x and Core 1.5.x, covering the newer versions reported by the 1.8 instance. The installed CFS JAR must still be replaced with this build; third-party Cobblemon 1.7-only mods remain incompatible with Cobblemon 1.8.

- Updated the NeoForge compile/runtime compatibility baseline to the supplied Sophisticated Backpacks 3.25.78.2107 and Sophisticated Core 1.4.90.2299 jars. Both remain within the existing optional compatibility ranges; the auto-feeder recipe and runtime integration remain unchanged.

- Began the NeoForge Cobblemon 1.8.0 compatibility update: the pinned local runtime, dependency metadata and release documentation now target Cobblemon 1.8.0+1.21.1. Fabric remains paused and is not upgraded in this pass; API compilation and runtime smoke testing are still required.

- Hardened shared Stay/Come admission against dead trainers/entities. Added regression checks for provider lifecycle, recalled entity IDs and owner-isolated cleanup; costs and movement thresholds are unchanged. Added an isolated verification build to avoid replacing classes used by a running development server. The owner reports successful movement and Temper refusal testing; remaining live lifecycle scenarios are not yet verified.

- Completed a broader correctness audit: continuous Cleanse jobs now wait for their existing cooldown between batches, and Berry Bloom checks both partners' current stamina before deducting either after formation. Configured costs and cooldowns are unchanged.
- Fixed passive billing retaining an expired higher rate, truncating longer overlapping benefits, and retaining departed party providers; overlapping active benefits still pay their maximum rate, not their sum. Warmth/Cooling rates are unchanged.
- Commander no longer bills when the trainer contribution cap absorbs its entire bonus. Dark and Ghost support now bill the Pokémon that supplies the actual scored effect; Ghost also revalidates its cached provider before suppressing targeting.
- Isolated cached team contributions by dimension. Added resource/recipe matrix tests and distributable JAR checks for release-version agreement and all registered mixin/plugin classes.
