🛠️ Fixes

Crash Fix: Fixed a NullPointerException crash that occurred when iterating over the player's party. The party list can contain null slots when the player has fewer than 6 Pokémon, and the code now properly handles this case.
Cobblemon Compatibility: Fixed NoSuchMethodError that prevented the mod from loading on certain Cobblemon versions. The mod now uses explicit event subscription parameters, ensuring compatibility with both Cobblemon 1.6.x and 1.7.x.

✨ Improvements

UI Consistency: Both XP gain and Level Up messages now use a unified yellow color in the Combat Log for a cleaner look.
Compatibiliy: Official Modpack Support, This version has been specifically tested and verified to work with the Official Cobblemon Modpack (NeoForge), ensuring stability in complex modded environments.
