Almost Perfect Legendary IVs (NeoForge)

NeoForge 1.21.1 migration of Almost Perfect Legendary IVs for Cobblemon 1.7.3.

Features

Legendary and mythical Cobblemon receive three perfect IVs by default when they enter the world or are captured/added to a player's storage, including natural, command, and third-party mod spawns.
The remaining IVs stay random.
The capture and storage checks are idempotent: existing perfect IVs are preserved and only missing perfect IVs are added.
The number and value of the perfect IVs can be configured from 0 to 6 and 0 to 31.
The mod is server-side; clients do not need to install it.
The default legendary/mythical list is written directly into the config and can be edited in one place.

Configuration

After the first server start, edit config/almostperfectlegendaryivs.toml:

legendaries is the complete active list. Add or remove identifiers directly in this list. Identifiers may be written as cobblemon:articuno or another namespace-qualified resource location.
