Ported to 1.21.1 for both Fabric and NeoForge !!!

-Revamped all the texture from the mod -Added custom badges, the rest will come later Also fixed some bugs : -now the badges should not disappear when upgrading the badge box -impossible to move the badgbox when the GUI is open so its impossible to put it inside itself -should ALWAYS work for servers now
