Fix to compass search method causing lag. Instead of using minecraft structure look-up which can be quite demanding in modpacks with a lot of worldgen mods, it instead uses deterministic location by seed. This should mean it wont lag when used, however, it might not point exactly to where a gym would spawn, but instead a general direction.
