Administration and compatibility update

Highlights

• Updated compatibility to CobbleDollars Beta 6.1.
• Added /cdshops admin to edit shops/banks and manage visibility and player stock.
• Added an Audit browser with statistics and stock/configuration change history.
• Added custom access-denial messages, configurable player access to /cdshops open, and English/French help.
• Fixed offer ordering, unit prices, shop/bank navigation and unsaved draft handling.

Notes

• Requires Minecraft 1.21.1, NeoForge 21.1.230+ and CobbleDollars 2.0.0+Beta-6.1+1.21.1 or newer.
• The admin panel requires permission level 2+ and the client addon. Ordinary players do not need the addon.
• list, visibility, stock, restock and stats are replaced by /cdshops admin.
• Existing configurations, stock and logs remain compatible. For CobbleDollars Beta 5.1, keep addon 1.0.2.
