Nobody said anything! 

 

GUI was not displaying levels pre-existing on a server. 

Fixed the mod so that levels actively update. It worked fine in singleplayer, so I left it. There are mods that make villager vendors  use Cobbledollars instead of emeralds and such, before you come at me <3
