Adds a fully in-game, datapack-driven info panel for Cobblemon that shows exactly how Pokémon spawn and evolve, directly inside REI / EMI / JEI. No wikis. No outdated guides. Everything pulls live from the pack’s actual spawn + evolution data.

- Fixed evolution chains double-counting base species evolutions: "Normal" form entries (which carry no aspects) are now skipped during form-level evolution loading, so base-species evolutions are only added once
- Fixed duplicate alternate-form entries when two eligible forms share the same aspect set; the shortest/cleanest name is kept and the rest are silently dropped (logged as cosmetic-skin duplicates)

SIGNIFICANT_ASPECT_MARKERSdetection so regional and mega forms flagged by aspect string (e.g.gmax,alolan) are correctly identified even when a mod overrides the form's flavor labels without changing the aspect - Fixed
feature=trueboolean evolution results (e.g.flaaffy rlm=true) being discarded as unrecognised properties; these are now parsed as aspects alongside existingaspect=Xhandling, restoring correct evolution chains for mods like Cobblemon RLM
